2. What data we process

When you write to us through the contact form we process your work email, first and last name, company and company size and, if you provide them, how you heard about us, your phone number and your message. We also record the date of submission, the language, the page you wrote from and your consent choices. We do not request special category data.

If you email us directly, we will process the data included in your message.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a service proposal. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR article 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
  • To send you news and commercial communications by email, only if you tick the corresponding box. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR article 6.1.a and article 21 of the Spanish LSSI-CE). It is optional and does not affect our reply to your enquiry. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in each communication or by writing to info@qbico.io.

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data.

4. How long we keep it

  • Enquiry data: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if no business relationship follows, for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact.
  • Data for commercial communications: until you withdraw your consent.

Afterwards, data is blocked for the applicable legal limitation periods and then erased.

5. Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide our service we rely on processors bound by a contract under GDPR article 28:

  • Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace), where enquiries are stored.
  • Cloudflare, Inc., the website hosting provider.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Any such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing toinfo@qbico.io with the subject "Data protection".

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of this page.
